PRAYER AFTER COMMUNION        Gracious Lord, when we were lost in our trespasses and sins, you sent Jesus to us and to all the world, to heal us, forgive us and set us free. We give you thanks for this holy mystery in which you have given yourself to us. Enable us now to go into our broken world in the strength of your Spirit, to give ourselves for others and for your sake. In the name of Jesus our Lord. Amen.
