Welcome to our worship service on February 12, 2023! We hope it will be a blessing to you.  The Order of Worship is available here.

*The Chancel Choir and Worship Team would like to present the Living Last Supper as an evening worship service for our church and community on Maundy Thursday, April 6, provided we can secure enough men to play the necessary parts. Rehearsal is minimal and memorization of the brief monologue is not required. If you are willing and able to participate in this meaningful service during Holy Week, please contact Sue Lamm (aelcdirector@gmail.com; 434-444-7775) or Pastor Nancy (ncolemanjohnson@gmail.com; 434-401-5776). Thanks to those who have already volunteered! Any willing singers in the congregation are invited to join the choir to sing for this worship event. Please join us on Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. in the choir room to participate.

*The Women’s Bible Study ~ Our first gathering for 2023 will take place this Tuesday, February 14 at 9:30 a.m. in the Mattie Ware Classroom. We welcome others to join us!

*The Prayer Shawl Ministry Group ~ Our next gathering is scheduled for this Tuesday, February 14 at 1:00 p.m. We welcome anyone who is interested to please join us!

*Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, February 22. Please join us for our Community Ash Wednesday Observance at Hardees (Ambriar Shopping Center) from 7:00-9:30 a.m. The gathering includes a time of prayer and the imposition of ashes done in small groups throughout the time period. Come and bring a neighbor or friend with you. A traditional Ash Wednesday Service will take place in our Sanctuary that evening from 6:00-6:45 p.m. The earlier time gives those who have 7:00 p.m. commitments at church the opportunity to attend.

*Church Family Christmas Cards/2023 Church Offering Envelopes: All remaining cards and envelopes have been moved to the youth room.
